Augment Daily Operations ("Augment Daily," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. This is used to offer relevant services to the business.

b) Information you give us (clients & inquiries). When you contact us, request a quote, or engage us, we collect the information you provide — such as name, email, phone, business details, project content, logos, images, and any materials you send for your project.

c) Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction and status information.

d) Website usage. If you visit a site we operate, we and our providers may collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via server logs or basic analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: (a) offer, provide, and deliver our services; (b) communicate about projects, quotes, and support; (c) process payments and maintain records (including for tax and accounting); (d) improve our services; and (e) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Marketing & Email Outreach

We may send commercial email to business addresses about our services. Every such email includes our physical mailing address and a working opt-out. If you ask us to stop contacting you — by replying to any message or emailing augmentdailyhq@gmail.com — we will remove you from outreach promptly and, in any event, within the timeframe required by applicable law (e.g., 10 business days under the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act). We honor all opt-out requests and maintain a do-not-contact list.

4. How We Share Information

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use them; access the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out.
